What the salon gets.
Everything that’s live today, for every chair you add. There are no tiers.
- A floor plan editor. Draw your real room and see who is in which chair today.
- Stylists invited into the app. Set what each pays: monthly rent or a day rate.
- Invoices every month. Created automatically in your salon’s name, with a PDF for each.
- Rent by Direct Debit. Through GoCardless, collected around the end of the month on the day you choose.
- Extra chair days paid by card. Through Stripe, at the time of booking.
- Fill empty chairs. Offer a free chair to your stylists.
- Money at a glance. What’s due, collected and outstanding, and refunds when you need them.
- Your salon’s look. Your name, logo and colours in the app your stylists use every day.
- Two sites, one team. Run a salon with two sites together.
Stylists never pay Same Roof.
The salon pays. Stylists get chair booking, their own diary, a booking page and their clients in the app, free. They pay their rent to you, as they always have.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. New salons get their first 30 days free.
What do stylists pay?
Nothing to Same Roof. The salon pays, and stylists use the app free. They pay their rent to the salon, by Direct Debit each month, and pay by card for any extra chair days they book.
How is the price worked out?
£39 a month for the salon, plus £9 a month for each chair. A 4-chair salon pays £75 a month. If you pay yearly, you pay for ten months and get two months free.
Are payment fees included?
No. Prices exclude the fees GoCardless and Stripe charge for processing payments: GoCardless for rent by Direct Debit, Stripe for extra chair days paid by card.
