Your chair, your diary, your clients.

If you rent a chair in a salon that runs on Same Roof, it’s free for you. The salon pays. You book your chair, keep your own diary and give your clients a page to book you from, all in one app.

Book a chair your way.

A few hours when you need them, a whole day, the same day every week, or a chair that’s yours until you say otherwise. Book it from your phone.

Example week on chair 29:00 to 19:00
How long
By the hour, which is the default. Or a morning, an afternoon, an evening or the whole day. Book several days at once if you know your week.
How often
Once, or repeat every week or every two weeks for 4 weeks, 8 weeks or 3 months. Or keep a standing booking with no end date, billed monthly by Direct Debit.
Paying
Set up Direct Debit once from your phone and your rent is paid on time each month. Extra days you book during the month are paid by card when you book them.

Your diary, not the salon’s.

Your own appointments, in day, week and month views. The salon owner sees who is in which chair; your clients and your bookings are yours.

  • Add, move or cancel an appointment in a couple of taps.
  • Mark it done or a no-show, so your diary tells you what really happened.
  • Block out time for lunch, a course or anything else that isn’t a client.
  • Your services, working hours and days off, set the way you work.

A booking page with your name on it.

Share one link. Your clients see your services and prices, pick a time that’s free in your diary, and book.

  • Nothing to download. Clients book in their phone’s browser.
  • An email confirmation, and a reminder the day before.
  • A link to change or cancel, and to add it to their calendar.
  • It looks like you: your photo, your accent colour, your social links and a gallery of your work.

Bring your clients with you.

Import them from your phone’s contacts, a CSV file or a vCard, for example an export from Fresha, Booksy or Treatwell. However they come in, your clients are yours.

Frundesk, a front desk of your own

In the works

We’re building a front desk for each stylist, sold to you rather than the salon. It answers your clients’ messages in your own voice and books them into the diary you already use here. Nothing goes out without your OK until you’re happy with how it answers.
